The location of the hotel was peaceful and nice - around 10-15 minutes walk from Shrinathji Temple. Comforts of a double room with amenities were fabulous. No complaints whatsoever, enjoyed my stay at this venue and would use them next time.

We arrived at a hotel that is in dire need of improvement, but it is located in an interesting location, with easy access to a few restaurants and tourist attractions. Although the bathroom was not very clean, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast served every morning is varied, fresh and of good quality. We enjoyed staying in the well-furnished spacious room with comfortable beds and a stunning view of the city.

Parking was a bit chaotic, and there was no clear organisation.

Breakfast was great, with a wide variety of items to choose from, and toasts and tea were exceptionally good. The staff was friendly and provided good service, especially Ankita, Akanksha, and Kuldeep, who helped me with various tasks such as printing boarding passes and baggage tags. Location was convenient too.

The fast check-in and check-out procedures at the hotel were great, it made the process seamless. the delectable breakfast spread was exceptional with the highlight being the perfectly toasted bread and delicious tea. Our room was equipped with all amenities, toiletries and was tastefully furnished. We especially appreciated the great service from Ankita and Akanksha. Kuldeep was also incredibly helpful in assisting us with printing our boarding passes and baggage tags.

One of the biggest drawbacks was the disorganization of the parking area. It was chaotic since everyone was parking their cars randomly.

The toast and tea were exceptionally delicious. The room itself was extremely well-furnished and had all the amenities and toiletries that I required.
